Meet Your Therapist

Claire Calfo, AMFT

A woman with dark brown hair, wearing a light blue button-up shirt and gray jeans, sitting on a wooden chair against a plain white wall, smiling at the camera.

I’m Claire Calfo, AMFT, a therapist who believes healing happens when we feel both understood and supported. My work is grounded in relational and attachment-based therapy, with an integrative approach that considers the mind, body, and nervous system. I create a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore patterns, process emotions, and build greater self-awareness without judgment. Drawing from my background in breathwork, mindfulness, and movement, I help clients develop practical tools for regulation, connection, and lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and I’m especially passionate about supporting people through transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth.
