Mobile Badge Update
Scroll ↓
Problem: Investor requests for a simplified mobile app and the addition of an ID badge.
Underlying Problem: When an organization has a lot of entries, they must scroll to find them. Additionally, features are shown that users do not have permission to use.
Solution: Create a simplified user interface and create a navigation bar based on permissions to features. This will help the user get to the entries they want to quicker with the “nearby” feature.

What I Learned
Incorporate more research on my own terms to fully understand the problem.
Include software developers earlier on in the process for discovery of technical limitations ahead of time.
This project encouraged me to start an Openpath Design System as many elements were inconsistent and unfamiliar between product and development.
